Determine® HIV-1/2 Ag/Ab Combo is a fourth generation, rapid in vitro immunoassay for the qualitative detection of HIV-1 p24 antigen as well as antibodies to HIV-1 and HIV-2 in serum, plasma and whole blood. This test shortens the duration on the "diagnostic window" by detecting HIV antibodies and HIV-1 p24 antigen simultaneously
