2.1 Staff:
We comprise qualified and dedicated staff. Besides the Managing
Director, 5 Division Managers are in place in charge of Accounts,
Administration, Sales, Technical Department and In-house Shipping
Department. Our staff receive continued follow up, product and management
training.
2.2 Offices:
Our offices are located on a compound of 4.000m2 on a strategically
excellent location along the so-called "Ngong Road", Nairobi.
Major Clients as Kenyatta National Hospital, Nairobi Hospital, several
small and midsize hospitals as well as a large number of international
aid agencies are literally within walking distance.
Besides the Sales and Administration offices, our own warehousing
as well as Repair, Service and Maintenance Facilities are accommodated
on the same plot.
2.3 Transport:
All managers and sales representatives are equipped with individual
cars. Pool cars are available for daily routine work of the administration,
and commercial vehicles for delivery services.
2.4 Technical Department
One of our priorities is after sales service and repair of medical
and hospital equipment. One bio-medical workshop as well as one
engineering workshop, fully equipped, is part of our set up. Further
use of the technical department is made for consulting and engineering
projects.
2.5 Other Facilities
Our offices are equipped with the latest data processing equipment,
networking as well as Internet connections. Although local infrastructure
is problematic, we usually manage quite well to stay in touch with
the rest of the world.
One showroom is established, displaying most of our products on
sale.
Our premises are protected with the latest state of the art security
systems.
